EXCLUSIVES: What if I missed a Milestone Card?
Don’t worry, as long as you back before the campaign ends, all Day1 and Milestone cards are included free within your pledge. After the campaign, during the pledge manager, we will make them available as an Exclusive Single Add-On only. Last updated: Thu, May 22 2014 11:22 pm EDT
ADD-ONS: What is the Exclusive Pack and Exclusive Single?
In the beginning of the campaign we awarded Day1 Cards and Milestone Cards to people who backed during the campaign at certain times. Milestone cards came in during the campaign when we were day 1, hit 50%, 75%, and 100% funding. (They are all exclusive to one very short limited print run. After we run out, we won’t print any more of them!) Because some felt we were penalizing those who didn’t back early and were upset about missing these cards, we offered an Add-on for singles of cards they missed. I actually hadn’t thought about it being considered a punishment to new backers, rather a bonus reward to people who backed. So to make things more welcoming, we are giving away all milestones unlocked, to everyone who backs the campaign (but not for the pledge manager afterwards). And if you you want additional milestone cards or backer cards, you can still add them with the exclusive pack and exclusive singles pack. Currently, as I type this, for adding an Exclusive Pack, you will be receiving 68 cards (5 milestones and all backer created cards with the exception of the character decks/overpower cards) in that Exclusive Pack. As more backers come on board and create cards, that number will go even higher. The add-on for the Exclusive Single Card was originally was tailored for anyone who came in later who missed the Day1 Cards and just needed 1 or 2 of them. Now that we are making them available for everyone, the sole purpose is for anyone who created a card who wants multiple copies of their own cards without having to get an entire Exclusive Pack just to get one card :) Last updated: Thu, May 22 2014 11:22 pm EDT
ADD-ONS: What is in the Dossier?
Beautiful artwork from the game, Weapon/Base schematics, Sidekicks, Storylines and Backer Created characters. Plus, at the end of the book, you’ll get the Capes and Villains Swimsuit calendar with a selection of brutes and babes taking some time off from battling each other and instead working together to beat the heat. ADD-ONS: Player Mats and Dice Bags
These are totally customizable in that you decide what you want on them. For the player mats, we have 4 designs that can be found at www.shingogames.com/kickstarter. When you select this add-on or a tier with it, you can choose to instead have the image as any other character art in the game or even your own backer created card. You don’t have to decide on the artwork for either during the campaign. Just as long as you choose a month before us shipping our products out to you, we’ll be ok :) Last updated: Wed, May 7 2014 4:03 pm EDT
EXCLUSIVES: What do you mean by Exclusive?
For all cards we call exclusives, we will tally up the amount we will need to provide to our backers at the end of the campaign/pledge manager. Once we get that total, we will run a MINIMUM print run to fulfill these; Basically a limited print run. Whatever extras are left over, we will ONLY make these available in future Kickstarter Campaigns, the BGG promo store, Events/Conventions (like GenCon, Essen, BGG), or on our website. Once they are sold out, we will not print any more. That is our promise to you :) Last updated: Thu, May 8 2014 2:27 am EDT
What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
